I would like to take a moment to thank both our clients and employees for their part in our success. I am pleased to report growth in a time during which many companies are losing ground. TGI has successfully positioned itself to be a premiere provider of office equipment providing document workflow solutions. We have flourishing partnerships with our strategic accounts and our preferred vendors. We have been able to attract the most talented individuals in our industry to join our organization and make TGI their home. We have created a strong foundation and a scalable platform for conducting business.
My vision is to elevate the level at which we engage our present and potential customers. This is paramount to our long term success. TGI has matured to be become a business partner helping to solve problems for our clients. We focus on helping organizations improve their document workflow, ensure their information is secure, provide control over device output and provide document on ramps to software programs. In addition we created a roadmap businesses can use to successfully navigate the winding roads of a print strategy. GPS – Green, Print, Save has been developed to help companies identify ways to reduce costs, gain control and be more environmentally responsible with their printing devices. The vision is clear and at its core is ongoing education for us as well as our clients, continuing to utilize technology, becoming Green and Lean and improving and enhancing the customer experience.
Our main goal is to continue to improve our customer satisfaction so we may offer our new services effortlessly and expand the relationships with our present and future clients. How we respond and the urgency with which we do it will be elevated to an all-time high, the way in which we communicate with our clients will be measured, our response time rate will improve, and we will be adding methods to proactively serve our clients.
We will continue to be innovative, anticipate the needs of our customers and deliver the services and products they require efficiently with great value.
