Solutions Liaison
TGI is currently looking for a solutions liaison to bridge the gap between sales and IT and increase overall closing ratios. A detailed breakdown of the position is listed below.
Job Description:
Assist with Sales Development and Training such as PTP and Program awareness from the manufacturers
Assist in Sales Meetings and cover MPS, and Manufacturer Programs such as Encompass.
Visit Existing accounts with Sales Reps and explain how we have changed since we spoke with them last and talk about new offerings we are capable of providing. The target accounts should be customers who are 12 to 18 months out from their lease expiration.
Assist with IT Projects and help with corresponding paperwork associated with them.
Assist with internal IT processes and help ensure that the necessary steps have been followed.
Conduct Research and Analysis for solutions that customers inquire about or solutions team members ask for. This also includes continued training for you by taking educational courses on the various software solutions TGI offers.
Assist in maintaining TGI Infrastructure and showrooms in NY offices.
Assisting with solutions marketing programs which consist of e-marketing and lunch and learn events.

Warehouse Worker
TGI is currently looking for an experienced warehouse worker for our main Brooklyn warehouse. Must have good communication skills, be punctual and be able to lift boxes. Knowledge of UPS computer program and forklift certificate are also a plus.
Copier Service Technician
We are currently looking for experienced Copier Techs for our New York, New Jersey, Long Island and Florida offices.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of one or all of the following manufacturers: Ricoh-Lanier, Panasonic, Toshiba and Riso
Must have 1 year of copier training
Good customer relations and communication skills
Manufacturer Certification a plus

Sales Manager-Key Major Accounts and Government Sales (NYC Metropolitan Area)

As a Major Accounts Sales Manager, you are responsible for development of a focused Major Account Program in the NYC Metropolitan Area. Subsequently, you will hire and manage a team of Major Account Executives, and assist their efforts of promoting sales, increasing market share by introducing company products as business solutions, and providing account management services.
Responsibilities include:
Identify and target: major accounts, decision makers, current vendors and contract expirations.
Build a prospect sales funnel through effective telemarketing, client meetings and follow-through.
Utilize Major Account Sales Tools: A Pre Call Planner, Account Profiles and Weekly Calendars to devise successful sales strategies.
Develop and grow the Key Major Account Program through successfully securing major account transaction, necessitating recruitment and hire of Major Account Executives reporting to the Sales Manager.
Qualified candidates will have:
Bachelor's degree, or related work experience.
5 or more years' business-to-business selling experience in office product/automation industry
2 or more years' management experience.
Superior knowledge of sales techniques including cold-calling, networking, lead generation, major account sales process, all with the ability to capture and close the deal.
Telemarketers / Outside Sales
TGI is currently seeking telemarketer(s) and outside sales people for the New York and Long Island Office. Full time/ or flex hours available. Experienced telemarketer(s) preferred. B2B also preferred. Hourly wage/ plus comission
