100% Trained & Certified on Ricoh Equipment

TGI Office Automation was recognized by Ricoh as 100% certified and trained on Ricoh / Lanier equipment.

TGI’s focus on service is always at the forefront of our business. In order to reach our goal of 100% certified and trained we created a hands-on classroom in our new state-of-the-art training facility. TGI’s Mike Fanelli and James Clavel trained over 200 techs on 89 Ricoh/Lanier/Savin models. Our technicians are certified and trained to work not only on model that we sell but also legacy models as well. This is an accomplishment that not many dealerships can boast.
