“Your company philosophy is embodied in your employees, which is so deserving of commendation. It is easy to put on a website that customers big and small are treated with competence and respect, but another to put it into practice. With other equipment that we purchased or leased, we have never had a team with the patience, knowledge, personality and pure effectiveness of TGI’s team. I am very impressed that promises made by TGI are not empty. The promises are made and kept. It is most reassuring to see a company that treats a little guy with one machine with the same commitment and respect as I am sure it does to the global companies that you sell and service with thousands of machines.
