COVID-19 Update at TGI:
To our valued customers and partners,
We wanted to ensure you that we are closely monitoring the developing situation of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), and we are here when you need us. We are strictly following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines to keep our employees, customers, and neighbors safe. Our priorities are to remain productive while taking all appropriate preventive measures.
At TGI, we are utilizing remote technology to remain productive and are always improving our Business Continuity Plans so we are confident that we will maintain the level of service you have come to expect from us. We are able to utilize remote diagnostic tools to address some problems you may encounter. However, if an onsite visit is required, TGI’s staff has been trained and directed to adhere to the standard social distancing recommendations. Additionally, we have instructed all personnel visiting customer locations to disinfect all surfaces they come in contact with.
