CHALLENGE
This Auto Dealership was utilizing an antiquated cloud system, Image Silo, to store all of their car deal jackets. These documents were then scanned by a third-party scanning company. Image Silo was limited and didn’t have the features that were needed. This was also a costly expense as they were spending over $3,000 a month in storage overages.

SOLUTION
TGI proposed our Document Management software solution. This software provided many much needed features such as full text search, workflows, and integration with their internal Reynolds and Reynolds storage and the overage charges they were experiencing are now a thing of the past.

RESULTS
They were thrilled with the ability to find old deal jackets they had trouble retrieving previously. The full text search provided this benefit. All deal jackets are imported conveniently into the system allowing them to access related documents in a single click. They were impressed with TGI’s professionalism and were thankful we provided the vast reduction in month savings. Their only regret was that they didn’t implement our solution sooner!
