ABOUT THE CUSTOMER
For over 20 years this bank has grown from a simple concept to what they are today: a vibrant, thriving, all-inclusive community bank with ten locations throughout the New York area. They offer personal and business banking solutions as well multiple credit card options.

CHALLENGE
The bank had multiple antiquated systems for banking records. In addition, they were using a manual paper process for the approvals and archiving of their loan contracts and applications. They were looking for an updated efficient way to move documents and signature cards between the multiple branches and the main location.

SOLUTION
TGI offered the DocuWare Cloud document management system and its advanced workflows to enable documents to either remain digital or to be easily digitized upon creation. DocuWare Cloud offered automation delivered on a secure, scalable cloud platform.

TGI created a custom demonstration with the bank’s documents and processes to show how the system would work in their environment.

RESULTS
All branches and the main office now have the ability to instantly access documents. All new signature cards were scanned at the moment of creation and instantly archived into the document management system. Loan applications became fillable digital forms so customers could easily apply online with a direct path the approvers. All final loan documents could then be scanned and securely archived for future retrievals or audits.

TGI also provided a refresh of the bank’s multifunction devices to assist with increasing effeciency.
