CHALLENGE

ICE also unlocks new productivity from the Ricoh device with powerful scanning, OCR file conversion, document delivery, and mobile printing capabilities. Mobile printing is simple, enabling office employees, mobile workers and guests to submit print jobs from their smartphones or tablets to any ICE-enabled Ricoh / Lanier device. Because ICE is a cloud service, there’s no need for servers, system integration, software updates or maintenance.
